The fairy tail is a true story...
What sounds like a modern fairy tale is actually a true story: that of the young Mariaa Kutshera. She moves in with the Trapps as the children's governess and shortly afterwards married the widower father of the family. In the 1930's they found a family choir, which after their emigration to the USA in 1938, became an international success. It was made into a movie in 1965 and received five Oscars.
